Where is my data? Hosting per package and service providers
GIRI Online stores data in Frankfurt am Main (EU). GIRI Starter and Professional run on a dedicated, ISO 27001 certified server. Plus the service providers by purpose.
The short answerWith GIRI Online, instructions, photos, videos and accounts are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt am Main (EU). GIRI Starter and GIRI Professional run on a dedicated, ISO 27001 certified server.
GIRI Online
- Database, files and sign-in: with Supabase in Frankfurt am Main (EU). This covers instructions, photos and videos, logos, job-done logs, feedback and the accounts.
- The app itself: Cloudflare only delivers the app’s program files. Instructions, media and accounts are not stored at Cloudflare.
- Transfer: always encrypted over HTTPS.
- Rights: who may read or change instructions is checked by the database on the server, not just by the app. See Who can see my instructions?.
Service providers by purpose
For specific tasks, GIRI Online works with these service providers. The table shows what each of them receives.

GIRI Starter and GIRI Professional
