Phase 2 · Module 3 · Measure and hand over
End of week 6: before and after per KPI, views per instruction from GIRI, and the presentation that sells the scale-up.
“Do we scale?” is an investment decision, and it is made from numbers, not sympathy. Module 3 is the moment phase 2 gets sold.
70%of the data is enough
1slide per stakeholder
3–5worker quotes
Do beforehand (week 6, ~3 hrs)
- Collect all actual values for the KPIs in the backlog.
- Collect 3–5 worker quotes. Real voices beat slides.
- Update the proof photo: a stranger successfully using an instruction.
- Pull the views per instruction from GIRI: Menu → Statistics, then Export CSV on the Views tab. The file has one row per instruction but no folder column. Group the rows by area yourself in the spreadsheet.

The workshop: 90 minutes, 5 steps
- Bring the backlog to its final status (20 min). Honest: “5 of 12 established” beats sugar-coating.
- Before and after per KPI (20 min). For each KPI: the value before, the value after, the change in per cent and how it was measured, for example with a stopwatch over 5 set-ups. Where it is not measurable: describe the value, invent no number.
- Retrospective (25 min). What worked? What didn’t, and why? What stays open for phase 3?
- Handover document (15 min). Achievements (with numbers), learnings, open items, a clear scaling recommendation, resources.
- Plan the presentation (10 min). Per stakeholder one slide with what they care about.
