Who counts as what

  • Creators: everyone who is an admin, team admin, creator or editor in the workspace.
  • Readers: everyone else with their own GIRI account, for example viewers and approvers.
  • Pending invitations count with the role given in the invitation.
  • The package overview in the app says up to 50 workers for GIRI Online. Here too, only accounts and invitations are counted, not workers who open instructions via a link or QR code.

Seeing your package

  • Workspace admins see their package in the menu under Subscription and receipts.
  • For packages bought online, it also shows how many seats are taken. When a limit is reached, GIRI shows Package limit reached and names the package that includes more.
